What are my payment options?

If our security department suspects an anomaly or fraud, Laboratorios Averroes reserves the right to cancel the transaction for security reasons.

We offer three methods of payment:

• Credit / debit card payment: If you opt to pay by card, your order will not be considered firm and will not be processed until payment has been authorised by your bank. Online payment by credit card is made through the "Secure Socket Layer" security system, which encrypts your bank details when they are transmitted over the internet. For security reasons, Laboratorios Averroes verifies all orders paid with a bank card. We accept American Express, Maestro and any Visa or MasterCard registered in the Verified by Visa secure payment system.
• Payment by bank transfer: Please make the transfer to the account indicated (in due course). Upon completing your order, you will receive an automatic email from us, with details of the bank account into which the deposit should be made.

  Important: Please indicate the reference details that we will send you upon completion of your order. Otherwise, your order will be cancelled and your money refunded after 7 days. Orders placed for flash offers, cannot be paid for by bank transfer.

  Important: Payments by bank transfer: products are not reserved until payment reaches the account.

•  Payment by direct debit / account debit: Customers who have an account at Laboratorios Averroes can pay using this method. If you do not yet have an account and would like to have one, please contact us.

Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?

YES! All purchases you make on our website are 100% safe. We pay the utmost attention to the security of online payment.

We work with the secure technology of Banco Santander. Your credit card details are only processed on Banco Santander servers, which are protected and encrypted by the most advanced technology. We only send the amount to the virtual POS of Banco Santander, encrypted through the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. We do not record this data at any time.
